applyActionCode(auth: FirebaseAuthTypes.Module, oobCode: string): Promise<void>
Applies a verification code sent to the user by email or other out-of-band mechanism.
Parameters
- auth: FirebaseAuthTypes.Module
  The Auth instance.
- oobCode: string
  The out-of-band code sent to the user.
Returns Promise<void>
A promise that resolves when the code is applied successfully.
