Links the OAuthProvider to the user account using a full-page redirect flow.
Parameters
- user: User
  The user to link the provider with.
- provider: AuthProvider
  The auth provider.
- Optionalresolver: PopupRedirectResolver
  Optional. The popup redirect resolver.
Returns Promise<void>
A promise that resolves when the redirect is complete.
