parseActionCodeURL(link: string): ActionCodeURL | null
Parses an email action link string.
Parameters
- link: string
  The email action link to parse.
Returns ActionCodeURL | null
The ActionCodeURL object, or null if the link is invalid.

Remarks
Pure URL parsing (ported from firebase-js-sdk). Works on all platforms without a native bridge. See also ActionCodeURL.parseLink.
