Asynchronously signs in using a phone number.
Parameters
- auth: FirebaseAuthTypes.Module
  The Auth instance.
- phoneNumber: string
  The user's phone number.
- OptionalappVerifier: ApplicationVerifier
  Optional. The application verifier.
- OptionalforceResend: boolean
  Optional. (Native only) Forces a new message to be sent if it was already recently sent.
Returns Promise<ConfirmationResult>
A promise that resolves with the confirmation result.
